| Placing an Order |
We have two methods of payment;
(1)
item you wish to buy, you will then be directed to Paypal's
server where you can make a secure payment to us for your
purchase.
You will receive a receipt via e-mail confirming your order and
payment to Gemstone Jewellery.
Please note: PayPal no longer require you to have an account
with them to use their facilities, you can now use them like any
other secure payment gateway, using any of the credit or
debit cards pictured below.

If you wish to place an order by phone, you can pay by
cheque or card. Tel: 01736 796285. Please make cheques
payable to; Gemstone Jewellery and send to Gemstone
Jewellery, 11 Market Place, St Ives, Cornwall. TR26 1RZ
Items will be despatched, ready gift boxed, within 5 working
days after receipt of payment, or upon cleared funds if
paying by cheque ( please allow 5-7 working days.)

Customer Satisfaction
Please e-mail or telephone us within 7 days of receipt if you
are unhappy with your purchase and we will arrange an
exchange or refund.

All personal and contact information remains confidential and
will not be sold or passed on to any third party in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Photographic Accuracy
Whilst every effort has been made to present colours as close
to the original as possible, due to the natural variance of the
stones used colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
